Who We Are
What started with a walking meeting of two Germans and one American in the middle of Manhattan quickly turned into a mutual goal: find the most interesting people and ideas on the future of work. Bring them together in creative formats that excel in content and storytelling. And build a global community around it.
A specialist in storytelling across platforms, Lars has covered Artificial Intelligence, the future of HR and data-driven innovation for years as a writer and television reporter before taking his skills to stage as moderator and keynote-speaker. At Work Awesome, Lars curates the Awesome conferences in Europe and produces tailor-made innovation journeys, in-house events and workshops. He has moderated and curated conferences for WIRED, Telefonica, ADC and many others. In 2017, Lars got married twice on two continents – to the same woman.
After covering science, technology and culture in dozens of countries for international outlets such as Der Spiegel, GQ and ARTE, Felix started focusing on live journalism and the future of work when he moved to New York in 2012. At Work Awesome, Felix curates the conferences in the U.S. He frequently speaks on the future of work and teaches journalists on entrepreneurship. In 2017, he moved with his family to a different New York City neighborhood every month for one year – and highly recommends it.
